Process description
Ordering and orders handling
  • Initial Contact: Customers reach out via phone, email, or through an online inquiry form.
  • Consultation: Discuss project requirements, including type of materials, color preferences, finishes, quantities, and deadlines.
  • Site Visit (if necessary): For large or complex projects, a site visit may be arranged to better understand the customer's needs.
  • Order Confirmation: Upon acceptance of the quote, the customer confirms the order by signing the proposal or providing a purchase order.
  • Order Entry: The order is entered into the company's order management system, generating a unique order number.
Incoming goods
  • Material unloading: as aluminium is delicate material, material unloading is always done indoors to assure best possible conditions.
  • Material Inspection: Incoming materials are inspected for quality and specifications.
  • Job Scheduling: The order is scheduled in the production calendar, considering current workloads and deadlines.
Production process
  • Surface Preparation: Materials undergo Qualicoat and GSB sertified chromium free surface preparation, such as degreasing, etching, OXILAN E6 and demi water rinsing to ensure proper adhesion of the powder coating.
  • Jigging: Our experience and the wide range of high-quality equipment available, allow us to hang the products as efficiently as possible.
  • Powder Coating Application: The powder coating is applied using our worldwide known automatic or hand painting equipment in a controlled environment.
  • Curing: Coated items are placed in curing ovens where they are heated to a specific temperature to ensure the powder coating properly adheres and cures.
Quality control
  • Inspection: Coated items are inspected for coating thickness, uniformity, color accuracy, and overall finish.
  • Testing: Additional tests, such as adhesion tests and durability tests, are conducted to ensure compliance with high industry standards.
Packaging and Delivery
  • Packaging: Finished products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transportation.
  • Delivery Coordination: Logistics are arranged for the delivery of the finished goods to the customer’s location. This may involve coordination with third-party shipping companies or the customer's fleet.
